Using Upkeeper
By creating an account or using Upkeeper you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Only monitor systems you own or are authorized to test. Do not use Upkeeper to attack, overload or probe third-party systems, or to break the law.
Service availability
Upkeeper is in beta and provided as is. We aim for reliable checks and alerts but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every outage will be detected or delivered. Do not rely on Upkeeper as your only safeguard.
AI-generated configuration
Monitor settings suggested by the assistant may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before activating.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Upkeeper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from downtime or missed alerts.
Termination
You can stop using Upkeeper at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
