What we collect
Account details such as your email address, the monitors you configure (targets, intervals and alert settings), the results of those checks, and the prompts you send to the AI assistant. If you join the notification list, we store your email address.
How we use it
To run your monitors, send alerts, operate your status pages, provide support, and improve Upkeeper. We do not sell your personal data.
AI assistant
Prompts you enter in the assistant are sent to our AI model provider, DeepSeek, to generate monitor configurations. Avoid including secrets or credentials in prompts.
Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, infrastructure and email delivery, and DeepSeek for AI processing. Alerts are delivered through the services you connect, such as Slack and PagerDuty. Sign-up forms are collected through Google Forms.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request. Check history is retained for 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to make a request.
